Community Partner

For individuals, churches, nonprofits, agencies, organizations and businesses coming primarily to give back.

  • No onsite sales without prior approval
  • Give out candy, treats or promotional items
  • Share resources or host a family activity
  • Decorate a trunk or table
Fee Sent After Approval

Selling Vendor

For businesses interested in selling products, food, merchandise or services during the event.

  • Submit interest now—do not pay yet
  • Spaces are subject to approval and availability
  • Approved vendors receive the fee and payment link later
  • Vendors still provide a free treat, item or giveaway
Participants must arrive before 2:30 PM for check-in and setup. All displays, giveaways and activities must be family-friendly.
