💖✨ PF CARES — $200

PF CARES is designed for nonprofits, schools, community organizations, agencies, fundraisers, and qualifying community-focused events.

The $200 experience includes 2 hours of digital photo booth service, unlimited photo sessions, instant digital delivery/text sharing, access to the event's online gallery, and PF CARES branding/watermark on the experience.

The important part of this program is the Participation Agreement. Because the organization is receiving a substantially discounted rate, they agree to help PF CARES receive a return on the community investment. That can include allowing PF CARES/PFP branding at the event, tagging or acknowledging Party Fairy Productions/PF CARES on social media, allowing approved event photos/content to be used for promotion, and helping promote the partnership or photo booth experience.

Customization and upgrades are separate. Things such as a custom event overlay, organization/event branding, physical props, backdrop, GIF/boomerang, green screen, or other enhanced features can be added for an additional fee.

Standard PFP booking terms also apply: a $50 non-refundable deposit secures the date, the remaining balance is due one week before the event, cancellations more than 7 days before the event may be refunded minus the deposit, and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Your public booking page currently confirms the non-refundable deposit, final-payment deadline, and cancellation policy.
